Missing @ when sending SMS

Hello,

We are developing a website. Upon registering an user will receive a SMS containing his email, but for some reason the AT sign is always missing.

What is happening ?

I think it has something to do with your SMPP settings. The provider requires GSM 03.38 encoding instead of ISO8859-1
