Hi
Im new on here, looking for some advice
Im looking for a printer with built in GSM functionality. Basically I wanted a way to send an SMS to a number and the information be printed to a receipt, I have had a look around but cant find anything to suit, Anyone have any ideas?

As much as I know there is no such solution available yet.... but I think it can be developed.
For example there are on SourceForge a lot of open sourece applications that read your cell phone data, including SMS received.
You can have one of the developers there make another small script for you to print the SMS automatically.
The receipt will be 160 characters short... Is this enough? |
