Is there a standard format for SMPP delivery reports ?
If yes, can someone point me to the correct document on how to decode these deliver receipts ?

Hello Ali, there is no standard format for SMPP delivery reports.
You can find an example of the most used format on the following page:

Some providers just send an empty deliver_sm message with 2 parameters: message_state and receipted_message_id. Using these 2 parameters you can also check the status of a message.
