hello to all friends . I m an engineering college student. i need help for building sms gateway. Which can send and receive sms. and recieved sms is used by my computer to give the reply of that sms...can an body help me for building this software as my college project....

You either have the option to use third party gateways or you must be having a mobile permanently connected to the computer running the gateway software.

I could also recommend to hire a freelancer to help you do this job. There are a few website out there on the internet and I have used them for my own work.
But just as a curiosity why reinvent the wheel and make a sms gateway when there are so many available on the internet?
