I planned to establish a local server with a GSM modem,which provides two way sms service.
In the front-end of my server,i need to acheive some tasks like sending sms automatically to some mobile users based on the database in my server,make updation in my database automatically by the incoming sms and etc..
Can anyone give me a idea to acheive the above tasks in my server?Is there any specific software available??
